Beach days and space to spend time together
El Navegante is in Playa de las Américas, in the area around Las Vistas beach. The apartment has two bedrooms and a spacious living room with a sofa bed, Smart TV and wifi. Air conditioning adds to the living area's facilities.
Bedrooms and bathroom
The main bedroom has a double bed, while the second has twin beds. The bathroom includes a bath, washbasin, toilet and bidet. The sofa bed in the living room does not increase the capacity shown on this page: we will confirm occupancy and sleeping arrangements with you for your stay.
Kitchen and outdoor areas
The kitchen has an oven, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Outside, a furnished terrace provides a table and chairs for outdoor meals. A second outdoor space overlooks the pool and gardens of the residential complex. Guests can use the communal swimming pool during their stay.
Parking and use of the apartment
The property includes private parking, useful if you plan to explore the island by car. Guests may use the whole apartment except for a cupboard reserved for cleaning and maintenance supplies. The location combines access to the beach with the shops and restaurants of this part of southern Tenerife.
