B4: a terrace with sea views
B4 Arena Sol is on the fourth floor and has a terrace looking towards the sea. The outdoor space has a table, chairs and an awning and connects to a bright living room with a sofa, Smart TV and wifi. It gives you a choice between relaxing indoors and eating outside.
Bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen
The apartment has two bedrooms with single beds and wardrobes. Its two full bathrooms offer different facilities: one has a bath and the other a shower. The kitchen includes a microwave, coffee machine, toaster and utensils for making meals at home.
The residential pool
Guests can use the communal swimming pool and sun terrace with loungers in the upper part of the building. These facilities are shared with other apartments. The surrounding Playa de la Arena area combines the beach with restaurants and everyday services.
Access through a terraced building
There is no lift. The building has entrances at the top and bottom of the hillside; from the upper entrance, stairs lead down towards B4. We will help you choose the arrival route. Private parking in a nearby building is available at an additional charge, subject to availability.
