B6: Atlantic views from the terrace
B6 Arena Sol has a sea-view terrace in the upper part of the complex. A table, chairs and an awning make this a place for breakfast, reading or relaxing after the beach. The adjoining living room includes a sofa, Smart TV and wifi.
Inside the apartment
There are two bedrooms with single beds, wardrobes and wooden furniture. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet. The kitchen includes a microwave, coffee machine, toaster and utensils for preparing meals during your stay.
Shared pool and sun terrace
The building has a communal swimming pool and an area with loungers for guests. These facilities complement the apartment's own terrace and are subject to the complex's rules. The Playa de la Arena location lets you combine time by the coast with the neighbourhood's restaurants and shops.
Stairs and parking
There is no lift in the building. The upper entrance makes arrival at B6 easier, but still involves a flight of stairs. We will explain the most convenient route before you arrive. Private parking is offered in a nearby building at an additional charge; availability and conditions are confirmed when you enquire.
