OKINI Gestión provides accommodation management services and facilitates information and availability enquiries for properties in Tenerife.

2. Purpose of the website

The website provides corporate information, presents managed properties and enables users to request information or check availability. It does not finalise bookings, take payments or constitute confirmation of availability. Any booking or service contract is confirmed later through direct communication and under its specific terms.
