B1: space to enjoy the outdoors
B1 Arena Sol is on the first floor of the complex and features a terrace of around 20 m². The living room opens directly onto this space, furnished with a table, chairs, an awning and loungers. Inside, there is a sofa, Smart TV and wifi for relaxing between outings.
Two bedrooms and two bathrooms
Both bedrooms have single beds, wardrobes and wooden furniture. The apartment has two full bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower. This arrangement makes it easier for guests sharing the apartment to organise their daily routines.
Kitchen and communal pool
The kitchen includes a microwave, coffee machine, toaster and utensils for everyday meals. Guests can use the communal swimming pool and sun terrace with loungers in the upper part of the building. These facilities are shared with the complex's other apartments.
Stairs and parking
Arena Sol is built on a hillside and has no lift. The lower entrance is generally more convenient for B1, although access still involves stairs. Private parking in a nearby building is offered at an additional charge, subject to availability. Tell us if you need it when enquiring about your dates.
