B3: three bedrooms near Playa de la Arena
B3 Arena Sol has three bedrooms and a terrace with sea views. The additional bedroom distinguishes it from the other Arena Sol apartments in this collection and provides another separate place to sleep. The living room opens directly outdoors and includes a sofa, Smart TV and wifi.
The indoor layout
All three bedrooms have single beds, wardrobes and wooden furniture. There are two full bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower. The kitchen has a microwave, coffee machine, toaster and utensils for preparing breakfast and meals during your stay.
Terrace and swimming pool
The terrace is furnished with a table, chairs, an awning and loungers for spending time outdoors. The shared pool and sun terrace with loungers are in the upper part of the building. The beach, shops and restaurants form part of the surrounding Playa de la Arena neighbourhood.
Access information
The complex is arranged across levels on a hillside and has no lift. There are upper and lower entrances, but moving around can involve stairs. We will explain the arrival route for your apartment. Private parking is offered in a nearby building at an additional charge, with availability to be confirmed.
