Stay close to daily life in El Médano
Buen Rollito is on the first floor of a residential building in El Médano, close to the beach and the atmosphere of its pedestrian streets. A large window brings natural light into the living room and looks out onto the street. The room has a chaise longue sofa and television for time spent at home.
Two bedrooms and an open kitchen
The main bedroom has a double bed, while the second has a pull-out bed that becomes two single beds. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. The equipped kitchen opens onto the living room, so you can share the space while preparing meals. The bathroom includes a large bath.
Roof terrace and laundry
Guests can use the building's rooftop sun terrace during their stay. A private laundry room with a washing machine is also located upstairs, useful for longer visits and beach days. A linen cupboard inside the apartment remains reserved for the property's use.
Parking and arrival
The property has a private parking space in the building. Please ask about its availability and conditions when enquiring. The apartment is in an urban setting with shops and restaurants; if you need details of access to the first floor or roof terrace, we can check these with you before booking.
