A duplex overlooking northern Tenerife
This home in La Matanza de Acentejo has two main floors and a west-facing terrace. From here you can look out towards the Atlantic, Mount Teide and the sunset. It makes a base for exploring the north of the island, with a village setting to return to at the end of the day.
How the house is arranged
The first floor contains the living room, kitchen, terrace and a separate toilet. Upstairs are two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and a full bathroom. The bedrooms have double windows and heaters. There is also a basement, with one room reserved for storage.
Cooking and everyday comforts
The kitchen includes an induction hob, oven, microwave, toaster and capsule coffee machine, together with crockery and cooking utensils. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available. Wifi, a Smart TV and a sound system with a record player and a small vinyl collection give you ways to enjoy time at home between outings.
Planning your arrival
Stairs connect the different levels. A car is recommended for getting around, as local public transport is infrequent. Public parking is available nearby, subject to free spaces. The house offers self check-in; we will arrange your arrival instructions and agreed check-in time with you.
