A top-floor stay on the La Listada coast
Vente al Mar occupies the top floor of a small residential building in La Listada. The apartment combines a bright interior with a terrace furnished with a table, chairs and portable loungers. It suits a stay in a small coastal village, with days arranged at your own pace.
Bedroom, living room and open kitchen
The bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe. The living room contains a sofa bed and Smart TV and opens onto the kitchen and dining table. The bathroom has a shower. We will confirm occupancy with you in line with the capacity shown on this page.
Cooking at home
The kitchen includes a ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, citrus juicer and basic cooking utensils. The dining area and terrace give you a choice of places for breakfast or dinner. Guests can use the apartment and its spaces, except for a small private room on the roof.
Stairs and getting around
Reaching the apartment involves three flights of stairs to the second and top floor. A car is recommended: public transport is infrequent, and La Listada has limited shopping and tourist facilities. It is useful to plan grocery shopping and journeys before arriving.
